I have always struggled with anxiety, and one of the best coping mechanisms that I have taught myself is to practice pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. Choosing to put myself in controlled situations that make me slightly nervous is great practice for bigger, scarier situations that I have no control over!
I almost never wear dark eye makeup and I do not have a lot of practice applying it. I also had never created a halo eye before. But for this tutorial, I decided to push myself and try both of these methods together! So today I’m showing you how I created this sexy, smokey, halo eye for hooded eyes. I’m proud of how it turned out and I think it’s perfect for going out at night.

This one turned out so good! I love a halo eye, I don’t often do dark looks but love a soft halo eye. For me it’s the cut crease I have trouble with. I try a lot but they never turn out like IG looks LOL. The day I get a nice cut crease, I’ll take 100 photos hehehe
