Spring is my absolute favorite time! As the weather gets warmer and the sun brighter, the trending styles always get more cheerful and colorful too. There are so many fun fashion and beauty trends happening right now that I thought it would be fun to chat about which ones I am loving and which ones I am leaving in the dust!
1. Off-the-Shoulder Tops
As you can see from the photo shoot accompanying this post, I totally and completely LOVE IT! I think that they are flattering for any body type since they show off the décolletage which is a beautiful and delicate area on any woman. Since mine is loose and flowy, I pair it with skinny jeans and sky-high platforms in order to make the look a little more sexy and feminine.

2. Unusual Lipstick Colors
Major LEAVE IT. I keep seeing green, blue, and grey lipsticks on Instagram and I think it is so unflattering. Does anyone wear them in real life or just for photo shoots? The weirdest lip color I would ever rock would be purple.

3. Mules
LOVE IT! I think this shoe style is super cute. They are a trendy way to elevate and dress up an otherwise casual or simple outfit.

4. Cropped Flare Jeans
What is even happening right now with these?! PLEASE LEAVE IT! They look like bell bottoms that shrank in the wash, or, in my case, when I wore jeans that were too short for my quickly-growing legs in middle school. Bad memories!

5. Choker Tops
LOVE IT! I think this style is super sexy and edgy. It is so 90s in the best way possible. I don’t have one of these in my wardrobe yet but it is on my short list of pieces that I need.

Very cool, I’m not sure if it will look good on me but I game to try! Oh, and don’t you worry, I loved flared jeans in my teens but I don’t see that style making it’s way back into my wardrobe!
