It’s no secret that I love an intense eye look but I’m not always in the mood to blend 139485 different eyeshadows! A strong, graphic eyeliner look delivers major impact but without all that annoying blending. I decided to keep my face super subtle and glowy not only to allow the emphasis to stay on the eyeliner, but also to create stark contrast between the softness of the face and the drama of the eyes.
