I hope you all had a wonderful week. I have been so busy with work and am just trying to figure out how to fit in all of my clients, designing, yoga, and running into my hectic schedule. It feels great to be making good money creating art every day, but I’m so tired! When I finish work, all I want to do is cuddle my dogs and go to sleep, but I have to force myself to make time for my work out. No matter how exhausted I am, 5 days a week I make sure to run 3+ miles or practice at least an hour of yoga. I know how hard it is to fit a work out into your busy day, but if it is enough of a priority to you, you CAN make it happen! The trickiest part is making it a habit to exercise. Once that habit is engrained in you, you will hardly even have to think about it. You will feel like there is something missing if you don’t work out.
Now a little about these photos…This sweater is from Old Navy quite a while ago. I actually just purchased it for $10 on Poshmark, and had been wanting one for absolute ages! This sweater was one of those random designs that bloggers went nuts over when it came out, causing it to completely sell out and sell for over retail on eBay. I have always loved it but wasn’t about to spend $60 for a used Old Navy sweater! So obviously I immediately snatched it up when I found it so cheap on Poshmark. This brick wall that I found compliments the color of the sweater so perfectly, don’t you think?

I’m joining the gym in a couple of weeks and I think I’m going to take your advice and make sure I turn it into a habit to workout. Cute sweater by the way! Really suits you. 🙂

Good for you!! It can be really tough to go even when you are tired, but you can do it!! The more you push through, the easier it will become 🙂
