Plaine Products Body Wash
The Plaine Products body wash smells super refreshing. It has rosemary, mint, and a touch of vanilla. To me, it smells mostly minty with just a touch of sweetness. My husband has been using it too and we agree that it is a great unisex scent. It is a very nice, all-purpose body wash.
Plaine Products Shampoo
I’ll admit that I was hesitant to try this shampoo. As you probably know, my hair is extremely delicate since it has been bleached to a level 9 platinum blonde. I have been on a journey of improving my hair health for the last year and half, and using the wrong shampoo can strip my hair and really set me back. I had my husband try the shampoo for a few days before I was willing to. He has normal, healthy hair. He told me that it left more of the natural oils in hair than any other shampoo he has used. When he said this, my ears perked up because that’s exactly the sort of gentle shampoo that I need! Sure enough, when I used it, I was very impressed. It is super gentle, low-lather, and hydrating. I think it would be best for people with hair that normal-to-dry and/or colored hair. It has the same minty scent as the body wash.
Plaine Products Conditioner
The Plaine Products conditioner has a nice, lightly-hydrating formula. I like how all three of these products have the same refreshing, calming scent! This conditioner’s natural ingredients will restore essential nutrients to your locks. I think it would be excellent for anyone with oily-to-normal hair since it is so lightweight. I sometimes like to use it to shave, too!
Final Thoughts
I absolutely LOVE the mission behind Plaine Products and it really got me thinking about how many plastic haircare and skincare bottles I waste. Of course a company’s mission is only part of the equation when I choose products, so I was pleased to find that I like their formulas as well. Plus I appreciate that all of their products are completely natural and free of GMO ingredients, animal byproducts, chemicals, sulfates, parabens, and phthalates. My favorite was definitely the shampoo which has my become current go-to!
